To improve stability and align with AWS best practices, Port's EU tenant will start using two additional IP addresses for outbound requests triggering self-service actions and automations: * 34.252.219.131 * 54.75.236.107 The existing IP (3.251.12.205) will remain in use.
If you currently use Port's Self-Service Actions or Automations feature in the EU tenant and you use an allowlist to enable inbound traffic, you must add the new IPs by July 1st, 2025 to avoid disruptions.

We will be performing an internal infrastructure migration. This migration is part of our long-term efforts to enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.
During the migration process, all APIs should not be affected. Users and machines can continue using Port as usual.
No downtime is expected, with possible delays appearing in the following functionalities: - Audit logs - Integration logs - Integration status updates

Resolved -
We have confirmed that no self-service action trigger attempts from the UI mode are experiencing any unusual issues, and the issue has been resolved

Monitoring -
We performed a revert of recent changes made to the self-service actions UI form.
The issues described as part of this event should no longer be experienced by users, but we are still monitoring to validate that no further issues occur.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating an issue preventing the trigger of self-service actions in some instances when using the UI mode of the form.
We have currently identified this can happen in one of the following cases: - When an action has invisible inputs which depend on other inputs. - When an action uses unique sorting of the inputs in the action's UI form.
We are currently working on a fix for this issue.
Until the issue is fixed, it is possible to switch to JSON mode to trigger the self-service action as usual.
We will update once the issue is fixed.

As part of an upgrade to the additional filters UI of widgets, we will be performing a maintenance.
This improvement will allow you to create filters via a UI without having to write any JSON manually.
During this maintenance, Port will continue to work without any expected downtime.
The change itself is adding a "blueprint" property to the "entities-pie-chart" and "table-entities-explorer" widgets. The "blueprint" value should be the identifier the widget is acting on.
This maintenance is planned to be seamless and does not require any user action, unless the user interacts with the pages API using IaC integrations (Terraform or Pulumi).
For customers that do interact with the pages API using IaC integrations, the required changes are:
For the "port_page" resource, in the widgets array, relevant widgets need to include a "blueprint" key which needs to match the identifier of the blueprint that the widget is for.
Today these “port_page” resources contain a search rule for the “$blueprint” property, for example:
